At ABOVE THE BORDERS we believe that to change the world, you have to discover it first and we know that the best way to do it is by traveling; therefore, we have as part of our team the international volunteering agency KHAYUL and some other organizations that help us to offer volunteering trips with the purpose of motivating the volunteer to undertake a social project at the end of his trip. For us, a volunteer looks for something more than "likes" in his facebook photos; he is a committed person, who tries to learn from other cultures and to live experiences that he never imagined, that will help him to have a new vision of the world and that will give him new ideas to change it on his return home, where the language is not a communication disadvantage and where he will have more resources, tools and contacts that will lead him to make lasting projects that impact lives over the years.

However, life as an international volunteer is not for everyone and we know that it is not necessary to travel to the other side of the world to do something good; Thats why as we support projects carried out by international volunteers, we also support initiatives or projects carried out by social entrepreneurs.

We call these volunteers and social entrepreneurs CHANGERS (factors of change).
